Sea Girt Medical Associates is happy to provide our patients with the FollowMyHealth patient portal. FollowMyHealth allows you to manage your personal health record, view lab results, and communicate securely with your health care team.

Creating an account with FollowMyHealth is completely free and allows you 24/7 access to your health records from any computer, smartphone, or tablet.

To sign up with FollowMyHealth, please call our office at 732-223-4300 and provide your e-mail to a member of our staff. You may also request an invitation during your visit!
